Fallen Heroes

Welcome to the Fallen Heroes page dedicated to those we have lost in the Congenital and Rheumatic heart disease journey.

We recognize the pain and sorrow that comes with losing loved ones to these conditions. According to statistics, many families have been impacted by the loss of a family member due to heart disease. This page is a tribute to the fallen heroes who bravely fought against heart disease and serves as a place of remembrance and healing for those who are grieving. We hope that by coming together, we can honor the memories of those who have passed and offer support to those who are left behind. Let us remember and cherish the moments we shared with our loved ones and honor their legacy by raising awareness and advocating for heart disease prevention and treatment.
