Celebrating the courage of young hearts

On November 2, 2024, KMHPA hosted a virtual Hangout with Aunties under the theme “Heroes of Healing: My Recovery Journey and School Life.” The gathering focused on the experiences of young heart warriors navigating recovery and school life, providing a space for reflection, encouragement, and celebrating the resilience of children living with heart conditions.

KMHPA organized a special Kids Fun Day on May 1, 2023, at Children’s Traffic Park on Nyerere Road. The event was designed to bring children together for a day of play, laughter, and meaningful connections. Beyond the fun, the gathering reflected the importance of creating joyful childhood experiences and fostering friendships among young heart warriors.

On April 15, 2023, KMHPA organized Hangout with Warriors, a gathering centered on connection, encouragement, and togetherness. The event invited heart warriors to share a little time over tea, water, or yoghurt, creating an opportunity to strengthen friendships and celebrate the community that brings them together.
